FSHC Employee Engagement Campaign

Client: Four Season Health Care

Brief: Develop a campaign to foster collaboration and teamwork among staff in learning about the new EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and instill confidence in meeting the regulation's objectives, targeting staff aged 19 to 26.

Solution: Taking inspiration from Pop Art, our team created a bold and impactful campaign titled "POW - Protect Our Workforce." This campaign stood out as it was disruptive and different from Four Season Health Care's usual internal communications. The campaign generated curiosity, intrigue, and constructive conversations among staff, making it highly effective in engaging the target age segment and promoting a sense of teamwork and confidence in GDPR compliance. The campaign was rolled out across print, digital and video content.
