Brief: Create an experiential marketing space to raise awareness of an ongoing issue of clogging in local sewers.
Solution: To capture visitors' attention and encourage engagement, we developed the concept of consumers confessing their "loo sins". Drawing from United Utilities' research on unusual items flushed down toilets, such as false teeth and deceased goldfish, we created a unique "Big Bog Diary Room" experience. This experiential space stands out and promotes our client's #3PPromise: "if it's not paper, pee or poo, don't flush it." The eye-catching and engaging experience aims to educate and raise awareness about the issue of sewer clogging and the importance of responsible flushing habits, making a lasting impression on visitors and encouraging positive behavior change.
