Brief: Lead the design and project management for the LEO Pharma congress exhibition rollout for 2019/2020.
Solution: Collaborating with a global medical communications agency and LEO Pharmaceuticals, I designed and managed the rollout of exhibition booths for LEO Pharma at major industry events, including SPIN 2019 in Paris, WCD 2019 in Milan, EADV 2019 in Madrid, and AAD 2020 in Denver. The scope of work involved aligning designs, builds, and content across global teams for each event, which required careful coordination and project management. The result was a successful and cohesive presence at these international congresses, showcasing LEO Pharma's brand and products to a global audience, and facilitating engagement and interaction with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
